POLICIES

The terms below cover commonly asked questions. A full rental agreement will be supplied via email once a reservation has been received. 

BOOKING

We require a minimum order of $400 for our party planning services and a 50% reservation deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance, including any additions made to an order, will be due 7 days before product delivery and invoiced via email.

DELIVERY & PICKUP

Delivery and pick up of party supplies will be coordinated via email once a party date has been reserved. These activities are scheduled M-F, but may be available on weekends for an additional cost and based on availability. 

All orders of $400 or more are delivered and picked up for free within our service area. Please confirm on the map at the bottom of the page that your party address falls within our delivery zone before placing an order. Deliveries must be signed for at the time of dropoff.

Contactless delivery may be offered for locations with a dropoff point that's both secure and protected from weather.

SETUP & INSTALLATION

Unless otherwise indicated on a rental item listing, setup and installation are not included. If you would like assistance with setup or installation of your rentals and purchases, you may add one hour of setup to your order at a cost of $100 per hour. Any setup help lasting more than one hour will be billed in 15-minute increments at $25 each.

CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENTS

Customers may cancel without penalty any rental order with 14 or more days of notice before their scheduled delivery date. Customers providing notice of cancelation with 7 to 13 day's notice before delivery date will forfeit their 50% deposit. Customers canceling with 6 or fewer day's notice from delivery date will forfeit 100% of total rental cost. Canceled rentals that are rescheduled within 90 days of the original delivery date will receive a credit for any forfeited rent. Rescheduling is based on product availability. 

DAMAGE/LOSS ASSESSMENTS

Any equipment returned damaged or in a condition substantially different from that in which it was delivered will be subject to a damage assessment, up to and including full replacement value. Items returned later than the agreed upon rental period will incur a fee. Customers will be billed the full replacement value for any equipment lost or otherwise not returned. 

PURCHASED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

Orders of balloon garlands, paper products, floral arrangements, and party favors that are not rental items are final sale. We cannot guarantee the length of time that a balloon garland will last or that a floral arrangement will stay fresh, but we will provide a list of best practices to purchasers to help ensure their longevity. We will replace any balloons necessary if they are damaged in transit to your event location. We will not refund balloons that pop once a delivery is complete.
